Interior use only. Timber, particleboard & cork flooring.
A single pack, clear, water based sealer. It has low VOC (solvent) content and contains no formaldehyde or isocyanates, making it safer for applicators, building occupants and the environment.

Surface Prepartion:
Preparation: Preparing the floor to a professional standard is essential to achieve the best results. Fill all nail holes with a water based putty, allow to dry. Sand uncoated floor with 120-150 grade sandpaper or screenback on a flexible pad to ensure floor is uniformly dull with no sanding scratches, nibs or fur. Vacuum thoroughly. Take care to avoid scratching the surface.
Mixing: Stir thoroughly before use.
Tools: 6-10mm nap roller or water based applicator and a high quality brush.
Application:
- Sand uncoated floor with 120-150 grade sandpaper or screenback on a flexible pad to ensure floor is uniformly dull with no sanding scratches, nibs or fur. Vacuum thoroughly. Take care to avoid scratching the surface.
- Apply a liberal first coat of AQUAPRO 8020 Sealer using a 6mm or 10mm nap roller cover and good quality brush to cut in around skirting boards and edges. Allow to dry for 1 to 2 hours.
- Thoroughly sand floor with 180 grade sandpaper or screenback, remove all nibs, fluff and fur. Vacuum all dust. Take care to avoid scratching the surface.
- Apply a coat of AQUAPRO 8068 Hitek or AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K. Allow to for 1 to 2 hours. If required, lightly sand floor with 180 grade sandpaper or screenback. Vacuum all dust.
- Apply the final coat of AQUAPRO 8068 Hitek or AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K.

A single pack, water based floor finish that is easy to use, dries quickly and doesn’t rely on mechanical sanding to achieve inter-coat adhesion. It has excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.

- Sand floor with 150-180 grade sandpaper or screenback. Vacuum all dust.
- Apply the final coat of AQUAPRO 8068 Hitek.

- Sand floor with 180-220 grade sandpaper or screenback. Vacuum all dust.
- Apply the final coat of AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K.

A two pack product designed to provide excellent adhesion over prefinished flooring when sanding may not be possible. e.g. distressed, brushed or textured finishes. Ideal for use when the floor starts to show signs of wear and tear and needs to be refurbished or if the gloss level is to be changed.

Surface Prepartion:
Preparation: All defects and indentations will need to be rectified before applying the coating. Vacuum floor to remove dust and debris. Mop floor with AQUACARE 8430 Floor Clean & Degreaser mixed 1 Part Cleaner to 10 Parts water. For heavily soiled floors, a polyvac with green pad disc can be used to remove the AQUACARE 8430 Floor Clean and Degreaser – then rinse with water to neutralise.
Mixing: Stir thoroughly before use.
Tools: Flat pad applicator and a 10mm nap roller.
Application:
- Damp mop floor with warm water and half a cup of methylated spirits per household bucket to completely remove any residual AQUACARE 8430. Allow to dry. Vacuum floor to remove dust and debris.
- Apply a coat of mixed AQUAPRO 8290 Recoat Primer using a flat pad applicator. Allow to dry.
- Apply a coat of AQUAPRO 8270 2K Advance Topcoat in the gloss level of your choice.
