Coverage : Base coat: Timber 10-12m2 per litre. Cork & Particleboad: 5-7m2 per litre. Subsequent Coats: 10-12m2 per litre – coverage is dependent upon the porosity of the timber
Dry Time : Hard Dry: Overnight. Full Cure: 10-14 days
Clean Up : Polycure Super Cleaning Solvent

Surface Prepartion:
Preparation: Preparing the floor to a professional standard is essential to achieve the best results. Fill all nail holes with a water based putty, allow to dry. Sand uncoated floor with 120-150 grade sandpaper or screenback on a flexible pad to ensure floor is uniformly dull with no sanding scratches, nibs or fur. Vacuum thoroughly. Take care to avoid scratching the surface.
Mixing: Stir thoroughly before use.
Tools: 6mm nap roller or applicator and a high quality brush.
Application:
- Thoroughly mix POLYTHANE 2043 Part A and Part B together (1A:1B).
- Apply a liberal first coat of POLYTHANE 2043 allow to dry overnight (min 8 hours to max 24 hours). Alternatively use FASTASEAL 3030 or 3540 as the first coat, allow to dry for 45 minutes.
- Thoroughly sand floor with 150-180 grade sandpaper or screenback, remove all nibs, fluff and fur. Vacuum all dust.
- Apply a second coat of POLYTHANE 2043. Allow to dry overnight (min 8 hours to max 24 hours).
- Thoroughly sand floor with 150-180 grade sandpaper or screenback, remove all nibs, fluff and fur. Vacuum all dust.
- Apply the final coat of POLYTHANE 2043 Gloss.

A high performance, two pack, gloss polyurethane for interior timber, cork and parquetry. Extremely durable coating that produces a mirror finish when used in a Polycure system.
